			<description><![CDATA[There aren't any bears in Arizona anymore? Who are these people? Obviously they don't get out into nature much. So this bear was just suppose to continue hitting garbage cans and he would sort of become the pet bear of the neighborhood? They had already relocated the bear once and it came back. Unfortunately, he would probably have come back again. What makes you think you know more about bear behavior than the the trained experts at Game and Fish?]]></description>
