			<description><![CDATA[In direct contradiction of this, a later report says the City will mail petitions to those with out of area addresses. AND, Mr Gehlert plans to train petition carriers. Will that meeting be covered by Open Meetings rules? If the current Tax Assessor's list was truly used, why did some get their tax bills at the correct address but the letter about the meeting at a different address or not at all?]]></description>
