Mingus tennis beats Flagstaff

The Marauders improved to 3-1 overall this season after an outstanding 8-1 victory over visiting rival Flagstaff High School on Tuesday, March 20.

Mingus defeated the Eagles, 8-1.Mingus Union High School, which has only lost to the Bears Bradshaw Mountain High School on March 9 [5-4], took command early by winning the No. 2 [8-0] and No. 3 [8-0] doubles matches to immediately go up 2-0.

Everyone in attendance was treated to a stellar No. 1 doubles match with Marauders Andrew Hickey and Talon Walz battling it out with a tough Eagles duo.
