A new era in Cowboys basketball is about to begin this summer.

Camp Verde High School Athletic Director Mark Showers officially announced Thursday, May 17, the promotion of former junior varsity coach Dan Wall as the next man in charge of the boys basketball program.

“Dan Wall will be recommended to the board as the new head boys basketball coach for the 2012-2013 season for Camp Verde High School,” Showers stated in a press release. “Both [Principal] Weir and myself are excited to have coach Wall take over the boys basketball program after the recent resignation by coach [Darren] Gagnon.”
