After losing its boys basket-ball coach to a resignation several months ago, Camp Verde High School was dealt another tough loss as baseball Head Coach Steve Hicks tendered his resignation May 21.

“It is with sadness I announce the resignation of Head Baseball Coach Steve Hicks. He has been a strong influence in the lives of our young men which is greatly appreciated,” Camp Verde Athletic Director Mark Showers stated in a press release.
