Winning three straight championships is difficult in any sport, regardless of a team’s makeup, coaching staff or talent, but to do so in a Little League setting where players come and go every year, it’s almost impossible.

Don’t tell that to the Camp Verde Angels, however, as the boys in red, representing the Camp Verde Little League majors [ages 11 to 12] division, won the Tournament of Champions for the third straight time this past weekend, defeating the Prescott Valley Red Sox, 9-3.
