Weldon Eugene ‘Gene’ Boley

Weldon Eugene “Gene” Boley, 87, died Nov. 26, in Cottonwood.

He retired after 24 years in the U.S. Navy.

Boley is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 66 years, Bettye, daughter Ginger Gene [Scott] Graham, and granddaughters Sarah and Megan Wolstencroft.

A memorial service was Saturday, Dec. 1, at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood. In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or ALS Association to fight Lou Gehrig’s disease.
