Robert (Bob) L. Tidler, 79, died Sept. 5.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy. In 1966 he moved to Phoenix and in 1985 to Cottonwood.

He is survived by his wife Sherry of 58 years; son Steve and daughter Julie; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother Max and sister Carol.

Private memorial service to be held at a later date.
