Robert Glenn Splies, 85, of Cottonwood, died Wednesday, Dec. 22.

He is survived by his wife Lorraine; daughter Carolyn (Joe) Peil of Waukesha, Wis.; four grandsons; sister Jean Fink; and sister-in-law Norma Splies.

He was preceded in death by his infant twin brother, Roger; and brother, Rev. Richard D. Splies.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Jan. 21, at 2:30 p.m. at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church in Cottonwood. Donations may be made to the church building fund.
