Jim Koch April 24, 2010 Jim Koch, 69, and Donna Koch, 82, of Camp Verde, both died from long illnesses April 24. They are survived by sons Dennis Dilyard of Glendale, James Koch Jr. of Clarkdale and daughter Paula Taylor Nash of Mesa. Donna had five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, four nieces and a nephew. Jim is survived by one brother, Jerry Koch from Texas.
